Asked for Ranch dressing. Never got it. Supplied 2 napkins for 3 people eating sandwiches and fries. Not cool.
My family stops here during road trips often, the food is always good.
The food is good but the service at the Missouri Valley Iowa store is terrible. Of course we are forced to either go through the drive-through or stand in line for Takeout. Today I chose to stand in line for Takeout which was the biggest mistake ever. It took so long to get my food and the people in the drive-through got their food faster than I got my food. It will be a while before we go back to Arby’s because such Slow and horrible service.
The gal ran my card and handed it back with the receipt. 8 minutes went by and she came backto the window. She gave me the total for the car behind me. I explained i had allready paid and had not received my food yet. She shut the window and started slamming cups around. My beef and cheddar had no cheddar! NO CHEDDAR!!!!Sub par at best.
The food was delicious. The fish sandwich is back, also sweet potato fries. The drive-thru is the only way to order food at this location in Missouri Valley, and they are extremely slow.
