We worked with Sara to get a fireplace for our basement we were finishing, she and the whole crew we worked with were very friendly and willing to go over and over and over things with us no matter how many times we asked the same questions, the install was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves and were very diligent to keep our house clean. Although I don't buy many fireplaces, I'd definitely come back if I needed another.

Matt Stigen from Home and Hearth was the best sales rep. I have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, professional , polite, and met every request I had. Because of him I recommend Home and Hearth for every fireplace I would use or ever buy. I highly recommend requesting Matt for your fire place. Awesome Awesome gentlemen!

So happy with their service! Sara was SO patient and helpful getting everything set up, and the installers were great too! Couldn't be happier that we chose them to cover our wood fireplace to gas!
