Matt's Automotive Service Center

I have a cross country move coming up and wanted to make sure my car was good to go before I left. Many of my family members and friends recommend Matt’s and I am pleased with their services. Being a young female, it’s a little intimidating bringing my car into a shop, but the staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and genuine. They did the inspection on my car and got back to me quickly, listing items that I needed fixed as a red flag or yellow flag. Red flags were highly recommended to be done and yellow flags are things I should be watching, but weren’t a severe issue at the moment. That was very helpful, and when the staff went over the red flag items they explained why it should be fixed and what it does for the car. I felt informed and I felt like the staff was genuinely trying to help me.nI also used Matt’s collision center to get my windshield fixed and the staff there was also very easy to work.nnIt took about a week for my car to be fixed (I told them I wasn’t in a rush when I brought my vehicle in), and everyday I got a call from the shop that gave me an update on my car and the progress of their work.nnOverall it was great service and if I lived in the area Matt’s would be my go-to shop!nnOne more thing I’d like to mention is I saw on their website that they occasionally give out free oil changes to single parents and teachers, among other things. I enjoy using a business that gives back to the community so much!

Wasn't told how long it would take, but a lady came in shortly after me and was told about a half hour. So I sat down and less then 10 minutes later I was on my way. Friendly staff.nEdit of ten minutes of reading the reviews....sounds like I may be in for more of a regular customer. They sound like they know what they are doing and (at least in the reviews) like to keep the customer informed at almost every step of the process.nJust from my short experience there I and from reviews would definitely recommend.

Great customer service and follow up with everything they were doing. They not only explained but they also took the time to show me what they were doing and why; answering questions all along the way. Vern and Dave were awesome and I will definitely do service with Matt’s again. Very happy I chose to do business with them.

Matt’s Auto is the absolute best! They are very friendly and professional. As a young female, it can be intimidating going to an auto shop alone, but at Matt’s they always lay out everything crystal clear for you and help you make the best informed decisions for your vehicle’s needs. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Yesterday, Matt's off 13th dedicated their whole day to giving single mothers (including me) free oil changes. I walked in and they had the paperwork already done and ready to take my car. The waiting area was very clean and everyone was so nice. The bouncy castle was there for kids to jump in. I didn't converse much because I had to hold back my tears. Its been very hectic for me personally these past few weeks and this was a highlight of my week. Thank you to Matt and all your employees for their compassion, integrity, and helping the community. I know this is just one small thing you do during the year but it means so much.
