I have had my policies from this office for last 8 years and total of 15 years from State Farm. I am 100% satisfied by their services. As I recently had my car got hit by someone else, my agent, Jeremiah Johnson, worked really hard for me to reach out the other party. I truly appreciate his efforts to solve the problem. I would recommend my agent and the office to anyone who's looking for a good and responsible insurance agents in town.

I would not recommend Derek Christopherson to anyone. I was the one that called them to see if they heard any updates from the Claims Team. It seemed to bother them if I had any questions. I was the one to have to call the claims team. Joel was absolutely horrible. I have filed a claim on September 23rd 2019 and the claim is still open December 4th 2019. Derek only responds to reviews that gave him 5 stars. Derek does not care about his clients. I have told 50 friends not to do business with Derek Christopherson agency. Derek Christopherson needs to lose his insurance license.

Derek and Joel are 2 of the worst agents around they make excuse after excuse not to get our policy done when we ask we get told weekly it will be done within a week has been that way for over 2 months. And now apparently it changed hands again with no explanation behind why. But simply told there 2 months behind if they truly didnt have answeres they should of never told us it would be weekly. As we have emails saying it would be dome in a week and now its been 2 months with those emails and more excuses come from them both. Save your time go to another agent stay away from both of them. We have gotten several other agents to tell us this process does not indeed take this long a week or 2 at max not 2 months no matter what the policy is about or how it has to chamge. We have other agents trying to reach out for answers but unfortunately they seem to be ignoring them just like they ignore us and make excuses. Again go to another agent these 2 guys should not be in this profession

I have been with state farm for 33 years and I have always been so happy with their caring and professional staff! Just recently my daughter that is pregnant was in an accident. Joel jumped into action and helped us get her car back on the road in no time. That makes me the happiest State Farm customer ever! A big thanks to everyone at State Farm!
