It clearly says on the sign walking in the door .. face covering required ...but even some staff do not wear masks
The store is small and cramped. Boxes are all over making it hard to navigate throughout the store. Their sign states that masks are required to be in the store but yet their own employees are wearing them down past their mouths or are not wearing them correctly by not covering their mouths and noses.
I like Dollar general's prices but the checkouts are very very slow.
They always have so much stuff in the isles you can’t get your cart down them to to get what you need they are constantly having these huge carts with nets on them blocking the walkways it’s so messy in this store. We travel for work and I have been to a lot of Dollar Generals and this by far is one of the worst I’ve seen. As far as things being being put away and being tidy. I feel like I always leave with slight anxiety from trying to navigate the store. It’s worth it to drive the few extra miles and go to Target or Walmart
They keep their inventory on the shelves and not in the aisles. Managers must be dedicated to either come in early or have the appropriate staff. I have visited many Dollar Generals in the Northern Iowa area and 6 out of 10 have inventory in totes or a display block box , with only one item left in that specific brand of merchandise they are selling/ promoting
