I feel they have good products. When I started wearing there Orthotics around 5 years ago they were slow but was worth it. NOW ! I don’t think the left hand knows what the right hand is doing! Very slow in repairs, customer service is slow , and can’t give you answers, pawn you off on another representative that doesn’t answer phone, but leave a detailed message please, so that they will not return your call.
