Laundry machine card reader is down and staff cannot give out quarters because they don't have any. They blame the vendor. Only problem is, the vendor is costing your store revenue. Can PFJ get their stuff together? I was planning on taking a 34 hour break here, instead I'll head down the road to a TA or Loves.
Hey everyone, stop by flying j store 572 in Williams IA. I just met the top two best people at this location. Terry and Shelly, both are the best, very good and pleasant to talk with. Both were very busy and took a moment to be friendly, professional and courteous. A very pleasant visit for me. I normally stop by in the daytime but on this visit I stopped by in the late evening and I hate to say it, Day Shift, but Terry and Shelly won my continued business for their shift.nSo if you get a moment, stop in on the late evenings from time to time and say hi to Terry and Shelly for me. Oh I almost forgot, Shelly makes an excellent pizza, just the way you want it.nThank you, Terry and Shelly for making my stop a wonderful visit.nWT
Not really sure how it is inside that's why I'm giving 4 stars but my god are the pumps on the diesel isle slow... Was pumping for 15mins!!! Could've easily fit 200 but had to go

Horrible service. Nothing new for a Flying J since they merged with Pilot. Never enough people at the registers. They let the coffee pots get down to empty. They should be thankful there isn’t a Kwik Star at this exit.
