Black Mountain Grill

Tried this place as recommended by my credit card company. Ordered online and went in to pick it up. A few minutes after I placed my order I got a call from Dave (the bartender) to inform me that they were out of the salmon I ordered to put on my Caesar salad. He offered chicken instead. When I got there I informed him that the chicken was $3 less than the salmon and I would like it back he paused and said, he would adjust it for me. I waited as he walked to the computer. He turned back and told me that was all. I asked if I needed to sign anything, he said no. I walked out and never got the adjustment. Too bad because the atmosphere and the food was nice. It’s not about the money at this point, it’s about the way he treated me. When I made the order online I had already added a 20% tip. I won’t be returning, there are SO many other places to spend my hard earned money.

Amazing little hidden gem. We had excellent service, high quality food, and great drinks for an incredibly reasonable price. The three appetizers and five entrees we tasted were all delicious and perfectly prepared. The lodge atmosphere was quite inviting, and the place was not crowded. We watched the game on a handful of televisions, and enjoyed ourselves immensely. There's also video gaming at the bar, if you're interested.

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered take out bison burger 🍔 and grilled chicken panini. While I was waiting for the food just observing the place, I really liked the atmosphere. The food was amazing. Will definitely go back.
