Half of the washing machines dont work and have dirty water sitting in them, and the machines will eat your quarters and get jammed. Some of the dryers dont spin. Half of the machines have out of order signs, but some that are broken dont have signs so people are wasting quarters. Over all not great

Honestly have no clue what works and doesnt unless u put money in first and if doesnt work no refund coin machines are down

Could someone tell me or know who to call to refund my Elderly parents money. I tried to call the number given on the website but no answer. My mom has also tried to call some number she was given but no answer and no call back in the past.
