Chuck and his crew saved the day! The sewer was backing up in the basement. We were new to the area and had no references on who to call. I sure was glad I called CB plumbing. The timing was right and they showed up shortly after the phone call to show that sewer who was boss! I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you CB Plumbing!

They were hired back in July to repair our sewer line that was backed up, they came in, and installed some other pipes for our washing machine claiming that was the problem that was causing the water to come up into our basement causing several thousand dollars in damage, and not the sewer line that we had asked them to check. Needless to say we paid several hundred dollars to have them not even address the sewer issue, only to have the same problem occur again. Now we have to pay more money to have another company fix what they claimed wasn't a problem on top of paying a large deductible to our insurance company. This company is useless, and I wish I could get my money back!!!

They said that they would run new sewer and water lines for us in April, 2020. The kept saying that it would be a couple of weeks. That went on all summer. They never explained why they weren't coming out, and finally just stopped returning our calls.

maybe didn't do as good of a job communicating our needs to the first plumber who came by, but Paul did a great job of figuring out what we needed and then helping us on those terms. He's top of our list for future plumbing needs!

Chuck is always quick to respond to messages and always fixes the problem quickly and to fit our budget. Its hard to beat the best!
