Pathetic. Kids supposed to be working but just goofing around. Thursday eve.
Excellent malt and very good fresh fries. Friendly. Old school feel is appealing.
Made the mistake of going inside to order food. Had to listen one employee loudly berate another employee while training them. Every other word coming out of one of the male employee's mouth with f'ing this or f'ing that. Plus, he talked about woman's body using words that will not be repeated here. Fries were almost burnt. The rest of the food wasn't worth the money I spent. Only redeeming quality was the young lady at the register who tried to be pleasant and helpful. Will not return to this location.
Last time I will visit DQ in Charles City. Last Saturday I went and ordered 2 pork tenderloins with cheese, tomato, onions, pickle and mayo. We got 1 with lettuce, ketchup, mustard and onion; the other with pickles, ketchup, mustard and onion. We went back today and ordered the same. We got onion, mayo and pickles on both. I had to go in and retrieve the correct order. The staff make all food without hair nets and without gloves. Im done. This DQ has gone to pots!
This place was pretty sad. The food was not very good, though it was hot. And it was just old run down and dirty. Went to the bathroom and the floors were so sticky my shoes made ripping sounds when I walked!
