Very helpful, came to house and measured, worked with my wife made the deal and were delivered as promised. very happy went back and upgraded washer and dryer. Gary has always been there for service. 1 minute!!!!!!!!!I had a service call for my dishwasher because it quit working. Within 1 minute after entering my home they had figured out what was wrong with my dishwasher and ordered the parts. I am so glad to have such a great company with amazing service in our community!
Friendly knowledgeable service nice smiles on few staff but mostly professional an respectable to all customers an yes including me lol. We love the phone helps him know others safe an cared for.
Bought a used appliance from them and when it didnt work correctly, they sent a technician out the next day and ordered parts without a fuss. Great customer service and quick to address issues so we will definitely use them again in the future.
