I went to Tipsy Nails in Oelwein today for a gel nail appointment. She did an excellent job. The price was great.nI got a same day appointment. She was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place for your nail care.

If I could give less than a star on this thing I would the nails I got were absolutely horrible I paid $55 for nails that are Not even and super thick I am actually going to get Them all refiled and redone today at a different salon she didn't even take the dripped acrylic from underneath my fingernail so I have a huge globs of acrylic under my fingernail
