Ive been a patient here for over 10 years I do and have always received the best care! Both Dr. Virdee and Dr.Cooper (yes I've seen them both) are amazing! There professional, understanding, and most of all Great at what they do!!

I have been going here for many years and they have been very helpful throughout. Willing to work with you to get you in when you need it. I would ignore the small number of bad reviews and give them a shot.

Be prepared to be over charged and lied to. They will claim they are the lowest priced provider for a medical marijuana card in town, which is a lie. They charge close to 1000 a year with the amount of appointments they require. Even if you provide proof, they will just yell the BCBS code at you and hang up, claiming their doctor is providing the best prices. You will be subjected to their receptionist being incredibly rude, hanging up on you when she isn't getting her way or doesn't want to answer questions. She will singled handedly lose them customers. I've spoken with 3 other patients who left, 2 due to her behaviour and the location being inconvenient, and have acquired care in 1 of 2 other places in town. This place will tell you they are THE ONLY place in town providing this care, do not fall for it.nSecondarily, if you aren't vegan? Be prepared to be either guilted into being vegan or told that you aren't and will not be healthy enough unless you do become vegan.nThe literal only saving graces? They will let you reschedule your appointment, generally very reasonably! My car has had issues, and coupled with covid concerns and travel concerns, they did work with me on that. Also, the secondary receptionist, the younger one, is very kind. But when you're lying, manipulating, and acting the way they behave here? Save your money. Elsewhere in the FM area, you can find care for less than 300$ a year for your Medical Marijuana card. Save your own mental health space. Good luck and stay healthy friends.

Absolutely the very worst medical attention I've ever received. These thieves need to be put out of business and their medical licenses revoked permanently. ALL they care about is money for the marijuana card . They don't accept insurance and if you don't pay they get your card taken. Unethical, deliberate interference and complete unprofessionals. . Booooooooooo

THE UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE I HAD RECENTLY WITH DOREEN THE RECEPTIONIST. I HAD MISSED AN APPOINTMENT AND CALLED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE WEEK AFTER. THIS OLD LADY STARTED SCREAMING AT ME. NOT JUST HOLLERING BUT SCREAMING. SHE WAS SPEAKING FOR DR. COOPER & DR. VIRDEE AS IF IT WERE HER ESTABLISHMENT. I HAVE NOT HAD ANYONE SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT IN YEARS. I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION AS I THINK THE DR.S SHOULD KNOW. SUCH AN EMBARRASSMENT
