I have never had a bad experience at this Hardee's. The food ranges from good to very good. The employees are pleasant and seem competent. Service is usually quick.

Got to town on a Thursday night just before 9 PM. 3 cars in the parking lot but no one in drive thru, doors locked, lights off. No one answered phone went straight toa fax tone. Sign on door and Google says open till 10. Wasn't happy.

We stopped at Estherville Hardees at 5:45 on Saturday, July 11 and ordered chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. We had to wait for chicken tenders and they were hot and delicious however the chicken sandwich was burnt and cold.
