I haven’t even started my online schooling but I can tell this semester is going to be rough. The lack of communication is ridiculous, if I had the time I could get everything handled with 1 visit to the office. But because I am a working student I cannot sacrifice the time off. It took 2months to have my financial aid REVIEWED and another 2 weeks for the approval. The degree that I’m going for is 100 % online so I rely on email as a source of communication. Oh and there seems to be a shortage of advisors as the one I’ve been assigned never returns my call. Lord be with me, I just need this DEGREE
If I could I would give zero stars. I have had nothing but problems since day 1. Mainly with financial aid office and bookstore. I am so disappointed in how unprofessional this institution is.
