Darryl and I believe Ryan was his name. I am so impressed with both men they were understanding and respectful. They came out on short noticed was able to unclog my drain. They explain everything they were doing and why.nI did call after hours left a message and their secretary did return my call pretty quickly.nThe cost was fair (below average) Thank you Darryl and Ryan!
They are not 24/7. They do not answer the phone. They do not return your call when you leave a message. Maybe they are out of business??? Tried two different occasions in the last 3 months
I was so impressed with Darryl and Ryan they were on time and very respectful. Not to mention way cheaper than any other place in town. If we ever have another problem I know who I will be calling!
Scheduled an appointment through their booking system and was sent two confirmation emails before my appointment. They never showed up. I called multiple times with no answer and still have no idea what happened.
Adler was here to help with a gurgling sound that was annoying our family. He arrived at the time he was expected, listened to the concern and then went to work. He came back to me after assessing the situation and advise of two possibilities of what it could be. He then proceeded to eliminate the possibilities. After he determined what the issue was he advised on what it would cost and asked if okay to proceed. He was polite, respectful and was efficient at his job. I would recommend that he go into any of my family and friends home. thanks Roto-Rooter and especially Adler for his courteous service.
