2.5 stars at best.nnI’ve been to this Popeyes location a handful of times now. I’ve had to wait each time 10-25 mins for my food (which is 1 or 2 meals at most). They’ve forgotten sauce & have given us the wrong kind of chicken. I’ve never been impressed with their service.nnFood comes out super hot & is tasty though!
The food is great, Popeyes is one of my favorites (maybe even my #1) so the food gets 5 stars. However, myself and my family have gone to this restaurant dozens of times and to this day they have only gotten our order right the first time once, it is a 50/50 shot whether the staff is really nice or just rude, and they do more talking than working.nnI don't like giving bad reviews, but I felt I had to after all of the mistakes, if they improve their service this will be a 5 star rating easily.nnUpdate: service is getting worse...if that's possible. One star now
Will literally never stop here again. Took 25 minutes to get a sandwich and shrimp with only a few cars in the drive up. Employees were lacking of any kind of disregard and could care less if I got my food. The food was mediocre to say the best. Go to KFC or something before you go to this store.
