Good food and our server Sean did great!!
Ken the manager of Old Chicago was great, couldn't of ask for better customer service plus the waiter was excellent
I am giving this review while staying at hotel this restaurant is right next to, actually you can walk in without going outside!! I ordered the wings plain with sauce on the side plus, these are the best dam fries I ever had an the wings are the freaking bomb!! Never stayed overnight in Dubuque, IA. But if I do again Best Western Plus will be booked! Fresh and hot!
Food and service were exceptional!
The dinner of chicken fried chicken was outstanding and Paul my waiter was even better!!!!! Paul made the experience even better !!! Whoever runs the restaurant should definitely give Paul recognition for a job well done. I’ve stayed here for a week and a half and he has served me over half of the time and has done and outstanding job each time I’ve been here. He stands out among the staff as very attentive and very polite. Thanks to him you will have my returning Business. Best regards , Bill Bauer ( from Oregon)
