Can not keep anyone because they over work their staff and have horrible management which leads to horrible service and long hours for their employees while being berated by management. HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND BE NICER TO YOUR CARRIERS.MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!
Very helpful when I call. Great customer service always very nice. Nice to be able to talk to a person versus calling the main Usps number.
My daughter tried to drop a return to some clothes that she bought online she wanted to return. She meticulously wrapped it in a box. Once she got there, what is supposed to be a female human being barked at her like an animal that she had the wrong box color and to come back with the right one, and walked away with no further instructions. My daughter was very, very upset when she got home decided she would wait until the next day she was so mad being treated that way to repackage the box. Who are these people? Don't go there...or if you have to, wear full canine protection, helmet and all.
Don't communicate well with drop offs. Haven't even had a courtesy call telling me my package is there, in which I forgot all about even having it.
UNKnowledgeable Staff. Ran like a mad house, not even a post office theres a door that you look through that's it
