Have been going since I was little, now that I'm a parent I started taking my kids and they think it's great. It's a treat to get Jack's. Pike and double cheeseburger, it's not a just chicken place
Chicken was great and staff was very friendly. We loved that we could watch them making our chicken right at the counter!
This joint will have to step up if they want to hold their current rating. The quality of the food do not hold its value. I've only had this place once because of the hype but the chicken and fries were very dry, unevenly seasoned, soggy with grease. Maybe I came on a bad day. But there was seriously a problem with this food. I hope you feel the responsibly of what good chicken is. I hope you take this time to reflect on why you are running a chicken business. VILE!!!nnMy friends and I ordered eight pieces of chicken, a pork tenderloin sandwich, some onion rings, and some macaroni salad for delivery. The chicken parts were completely meatless, and looked like they might have come off a canary. Also, the chicken and tenderloin, both, tasted as if they had been cooked in rancid, foul oil. It smelled disgusting, and everyone who tasted it ended up with roiling diarrhea or the greasy pukes. The onion rings were fair, and the salad was merely 'okay'.nnNow, this is not the first time I've had a poor dinning experience here, but given it had been a few years since my last dinning experience, I was willing to try again, since everyone can have an off night. However, this was an absolutely miserable, and it ruined the night for myself, and my friends who were visiting from out of town.nnSadly, I cannot even give ONE star to this horrible experience. I will never be dinning here again, and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If anything, PLEASE, for the love of God, change your oil, clean your fryers, and be very careful about whatever soap, detergent, or solvents residue might be getting put in contact with the food you are cooking. Thank you!
