Omg. I love pizza. But when a local told me about this place, I thought yeah anyway. I pulled up and the parking lot was full. I thought kids being passified by their parents. No not a kid in sight when we got in, but some did show up while we were there. No it was full because the pizza was good, and the fried chicken and other offerings were really great. A real place for adults and children alike to enjoy great food.
Self serve food bar was clean and sufficiently full of a wide variety of food. Custom made pizzas on request. Wait staff was so friendly.
They are back to self serve again. I was pleased with the pizza, chicken, salad, and sides buffet. Hot and fresh. You can make a special request for any pizza of your choice. They give you a buzzer, and when it is ready you go to a special separate pizza spot to get it. They will plate as much as you would like, then the rest goes on the buffet. Friendly workers come around to clear your used plates. Families are welcome. It is a very nice place to sit down and eat. Not a lot of sit down family friendly restaurants in Dubuque right now because of covid-19.
This location is far more Superior and quality of food and customer service as a location in Verona Wisconsin. This location could really teach a lot of other locations how to make good food with good service.
Should have named it Chicken Ranch! Wait, that's taken....Seriously, good pizza, really good chicken, and dessert pizza so good my kids used to make up songs about it.
