Unfortunately the last several times I attempted to receive a cab they tell be a time limit, I call ten minutes after the time limit is exceeded and then get sent to voicemail. I love green cab when they are “available “ but it’s unfortunate when they tell me 29 minutes, I wait nearly 45 and no response or a call back.
Idk if the driver didn't know where he was going, or if he was trying to charge us extra. He definitely went out of the way, taking longer than needed.
Best cab company, timely drivers and speedy service.
Always timely and safe drivers. Would give a 5 star review, however, company should provide cellular devices for their drivers, to avoid epayment issues.
They never answer the phone smh
