We needed only sweet and sour sauce for food we had prepared at home. I called and they said $2 . When I received the container it was half full at best. I just paid $2 for 1/2 cup of sauce ?nNo wonder we don't get food here.
We always ordered from here but not valued as a customer so wont order again. Our order was almost $30, every bit of it was cold & of course got quite rubbery when reheated. I called about it, they offer to bring a $10 meal in replacement the next evening. Of course the replacement was never received which doesnt cover the nearly $30 worth of food we didnt eat. The whole meal was ruined, we threw the rubbery stuff in the trash. They just lost a good customer & a good recommendation.
Ordered a few times, and other than substituting white rice I’ve never had a request fulfilled. Today was the worst, I ordered sweet and sour chicken and the sauce was inedible. All of my family tried it and none of us could even stomach it. Just threw it in the trash and called it a wash. Probably won’t order again.
Absolutely horrible experience. Messed up my order, overcharged, and refused to fix it. Was yelled at by the workers saying that i needed to pay for the things that were missed originally. Very inconsiderate, and overpriced for the portions. I NEVER leave 1 star reviews but this establishment and the treatment that came with this godforesaken order definitely warrants it.
Staff was very disrespectful after messing up my order. The other location is phenomenal, but this location is absolutely horrible. After driving all the way down to pick up my corrected order, I was told I needed to pay.. I was already overcharged for meals that weren’t in my order. Literally have never been yelled at by staff before. I miss the other location, after trying this one out with high hopes and for this horrendous experience to happen, I will never come back.
