How hard is it to check your order before you leave the store. Chicken habenaro sandwiches get habenaro sauce. 3 sandwiches in a row without sauce. 15 minutes on hold to try to get a new sandwich made. If I call and say my sandwich is wrong, I don’t want a store credit, and don’t try to talk me into taking a store credit “because delivery is already at over an hour”. Throw the correct item in with a delivery that is close to the area. It’s that simple. You have a duty to serve the customers orders in the order received. It’s not my fault that you forgot the sauce on my order. That’s on you. I paid first, you screwed it up, I’m the prioritized customer at that point. Train better management. Last nights experience was terrible.
Always get good service at the Pennsylvania Avenue location! And the pizzas are always good. Yum!!

We love this Domino's. The staff has always been great. We get pizza there every week. Domino's Pan Pizzas are awesome!
Great food! This store’s staff is in need of basic customer contact training. They are often quite rude and leave me feeling as if I was bothering them. Great training opportunity here! I hope these messages are read by the powers that be.
