Do NOT take your wedding dress here. I took mine to Fashion Touch in 2016. The price was reasonable. When I received my dress, I looked at it through the window in the box underneath the sleeve. The dress was untidily thrown in the box. The veil was wadded up on the side, as if someone had used her fist. There was even black fuzz underneath the clear plastic window panel. I took it back. First they accused me of opening it. Then they told me a dress can’t be folded. (Perhaps not— but bunched like a wet towel??) After some arbitration, they agreed to redo it in a bigger box. I agreed, but I kept my veil out. When I came to get the dress weeks later, it was not ready. When I came again, they told me they needed the sleeve from the original box before they would give me my dress. They treated me like a criminal. They were rude, and talked about me behind the clothes racks. I couldn’t believe it. I ended up throwing $20 at them for that piece of cardboard and running out with my dress. It was awful, and I will never set foot in there again, and I tell all my friends to avoid it.
