We have found a new jeweler! We have been looking for a local professional to do some repairs and resizing of some cherished rings. Upon learning that McCoy Jeweler is a family business established nearly 50 years ago, we knew we were in good hands. The McCoys also assisted us in the purchase of a stunning new wedding band and anniversary band in celebration of our 25th anniversary. Their friendliness, patience, personal attention and integrity in the selection process for the new rings was very much appreciated. I highly recommend giving their store in historic downtown Dubuque a visit!
McCoy is the place to go. The customer experience they provide through the whole process is amazing. From CAD renderings to prototypes, and finally the end result they are responsive and excited for your They want what is best and use their knowledge to guide you down the right path without being pushy to spend more than you’re ready to spend.
McCoy Jewelers never disappoints. They recently crafted a new piece for me that turned out better than I envisioned it. I have had repairs, custom pieces, special orders and purchases from their showcases -- love them all and the service that goes along with it. Highly recommend.
We happily purchased our engagement ring at McCoy Jewelers last fall. We were impressed by the relaxed approach from our salesperson, Samantha. She spent about an hour with us on our first visit. She was extremely knowledgeable, but also warm and kind. McCoy's was so different from what we experienced at the big jewelry stores. McCoy's treated us like family. The ring we purchased is as unique as the store itself. We are planning to purchase the matching wedding band soon.
