I came into Kay’s wanting to look and try on some anniversary bands. I wasn’t greeted initially (which was fine) but when I was, the sales rep pointed where the bands were and continued to stay seated. I went over there expecting the sales rep to come over and help, but I stood there awkwardly for 5 minutes glancing periodically to see if the sales rep would come over. I completely understand that there is a lot of behind the scene work and the sales rep might have been busy, but the sales rep didn’t even acknowledge she was coming over to help me or that it was going to be sometime before she could come over. So, after awkwardly standing there for 5 minutes, I left.
had my ring sent in a month after we bought it. It lost diamonds. So Kays sent it to get fixed. They told me 2 weeks. Well guess what? Ring still isn't back after over 2 weeks. I recommend u don't not buy jewelry from them, if u do, pay someone else to fix a diamond because ur ring won't be back when they say it will be.
SPECIFICALLY KYLE B. is the BEST ASSOCIATE WITH KAY JEWELERS IN THE TRI STATE AREA .. I spoke with other stores and managers but KYLE B. left an impact that kept me as a Signet/ Kay Jewelers customer. Once again thank you KYLE B. and whoever hired Kyle thanks you as well. God Bless ud83dude4f
