I have been very pleased with the service and care that James Martin has shown. I have gone in many times now to have things repaired and Jason Faust was absolutely incredible . My jewelry was taken care of and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I have gotten. So if anyone has repairs to be done. Please please take it to James Martin. They will treat ur jewelry as if they were their own.

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to the group at James Martin Jewelers. I have always gone to them for the selection and care of my jewelry. But this was a very special item that I needed a custom design for.nnI have arthritis in my hands and I needed to have my wedding set redone. I have had my Grandmothers engagement ring for 50 years. My Father passed away in March and I received his wedding band. With all of that in my hand, I arrived at JMJ and told Jason my story of the rings, and said I wanted them made into one special ring for me to wear everyday.nJason was the greatest - he listened to all my wants and dislikes. After working with different looks he drew up a design that I liked and we altered it until the ring was exactly what I wanted. Then all the steps that he went through to complete this custom piece was cool.nnWhen I picked up the ring- my custom, sentimental, one of a kind design - it was everything I wanted. The whole staff there joined in my delight .nWhen I reached the car I cried because I will always carry Dad and Grandma, and my husbands love with me each day.nA wonderful experience. Great team to work with at James Martin Jewelers, I will tell everyone - that is the only place to go in Dubuque for quality.
