We were in a jam with broken down washer and were able to purchase last ones in store. Manager worked with us to provide delivery even though having problems with staff on sick leave. They care about U! Thanks!

I've called Dubuque Appliance Center a few times and they have been helpful with all my needs. A lot better than those in the north end of town, who never answer the phone. Thanks!

Fantastic customer service and follow through. I purchased a dishwasher over the phone for my Mother, they were able to install and remove her old one the next day. The installers ran into some issues but worked diligently to get it set up. I highly recommend Dubuque Appliance Center.

They brought a washer that barely worked for 2 months, then when it needed fixing, they didn't bother to come look at it, just told me they would order a part and call me in 2-3 days when it came in. A week later when I called, they said they never wrote down my number, but it would take a whole week before they could fix the peice of junk they delivered.
