Very friendly and helpful staff. A very clean store. There rewards program is one of the best ones compared to any other gas station.
First Casey's I've went to and didn't feel welcome there. Been to more Casey's throughout the state than I can count and this was the one and only were the workers were very standoffish towards me and other customers. Very disappointed
Casey’s in key west Iowa, I used to go their every morning and night before and after work and I only used that store for everything so I spent a lot their but last Friday they screamed at me because me and a coworker were told to run their and put a order in for work lunch(pizza) and we forgot our mask. We will never go back into that store or use it for our lunch orders any longer! We may have forgotten our mask but FIRST OFF you don’t treat loyal customers this way and SECOND of all it’s not the retailer job to enforce this stupid mask mandate...FROM now on we will be using BP in key west...
The old hag was very scary. Her name was Vicky or Nancy or something. I walked in and she tried to cast a spell on me. Yikes. She was as green as Shrek. I searched the store for a bucket of water to poor on the witch but I could only find a water bottle bottle and the water tasted like plastic. Anyhow My three friends and I are on a cross country road trip to collect some items to help our personal lives. I'm just trying to get home.
