Please do not go to this coffee and bagels for coffee. The staff is not trained and just does not take pride in their work. We have been trying this caribou off and on for over a year hoping for it to get better and it seems to be doing just the opposite. Horrible

I have been going to Caribou for 3 years because I love the coffee and food, but the Dubuque location has to be the slowest service ever. I would say the average wait time for a coffee is 8 min, but I have waited up to 18 min... because I timed it. I am usually only waiting behind 1 vehicles with no one inside the shop. I have gone to Starbucks multiple time in many different locations and the line was 10 cars deep, and i only waited 5 min or less.

They have almond milk! Pleasantly surprised. Drive thru was fast and friendly, they’re taking Covid precautions: swop you own card, contactless pick up.

I always go to Starbucks but heard caribou was good so I thought ok sure I’ll try it. I went the other day in the afternoon about a week ago. I went through the drive through and was the only person in line. So I thought “sweet this will be fast...” so after I ordered my coffee I pulled up. And I cannot lie I waited maybe 5-8 minutes by the window for ( A COFFEE CREAM AND SUGAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I was the only person in line and there was nobody in store because I checked. So I waited and not a single employee opened the window to at least make me pay for my drink. One man was literally next to the window but didn’t want to recognize me or at least say sorry it’s taking a while .... I mean seriously? I shouldn’t have to wait that long for a simple coffee. So I got tired of waiting, that place didn’t deserve my money, so I went to Starbucks, at least the staff there works fast and is always NICE!nnAnd this isn’t the first time , I’ve given you guys 3 chances and it’s been the same story. You need to have a serious staff meeting, there’s are multiple reviews just like this. And your going to lose customers if there aren’t changes.
