Penny makes me feel special when I come to the salon - like I'm her only client when I'm certainly not. She remembers all of my styling preferences and makes great suggestions. The salon is immaculately clean, warm and inviting, and run very professionally. The team at the front desk is very efficient and proactive with communication. (They know I prefer texting over phone calls and use that to communicate with me.) I recommend Designworks to anyone who is ready for a change in hair salons.
I had my hair cut and colored by Sierra and I am extremely satisfied with my experience! I showed her a picture of the style and color I liked and she was able to make it happen! She is very knowledgeable and a genuinely kind person. I would highly recommend this studio, as all other stylists were very nice and helpful as well.
Excellent customer care! Jerica did a cut and color for my daughter and was excellent at knowing how to enhance her hair color while making corrections to the outgrowth. Her personality is an additional value! Jerica is warm, conversational and encouraging to her customers. At the end of the appointment, I could see my daughter's confidence grow by the smile on her face. Feeling beautiful is worth the cost. Looking beautiful is the icing on the cake!

I always love going to Design Works. You're welcomed with kindness, they take your coat for you, offer a drink, and make you feel like you are worthy of being there for YOU. The atmosphere is always friendly, clean, and calm. Service's are always delightful from a wax to a hair foil and trim to a message-- you can pamper every inch of yourself under one roof! Everyone deserves to have an experience like the one I receive everytime I go there! Thanks for all your wonderful staff!
