I wish I could say it’s not hard stupid people
Love the pretzels, staff is hit or miss on if you get one that seems like they want to be there.
I wasn’t going to write a review until a saw some unfair negative reviews. The food is good, and I’ve never had a problem with the staff there. I feel like whenever I see negative reviews about customer service, but I haven’t ever had an issue when eating there, that there’s a good chance that the customer was the problem. The malls rent is also expensive and to keep up they probably had to raise prices. Most likely not their fault.
If I could give less than one star I would. Overpriced, horrible quality, rude impatient staff. My child asked if she could get cheese for her pretzel and employee rolled her eyes and tossed a cheese sauce onto the counter. Never returning and neither should any of you that read this!!
Familys favorite, 4 to 5 pretzels feed my family
