I continue to be disappointed at this location. Watching the employees pal around while their line grows. I keep hoping it will get better.
Awful customer service. Super rude.
Staff was to busy talking about what they were going to do tonight. Sat there for probably 5 mins. listening to their conversation before they brought my doughnuts to the window. This location is terrible. Platteville location is very good.
Worst service I have ever had. Ordered on the app and only got half the order. Tried calling with no answer. Tried to send in my concern on line, apparently customer service doesn't work weekends. Went back to the store and was told that it was our fault for not checking the order before we left. Was told all complaints need to be submitted through the app. Two days later still have not heard back from A Dunkin Donuts.
Honestly super disappointed in the customer service. Molly was our barista and was very short and unwelcoming when we ordered. It was also my birthday and I was not awarded the free birthday drink even though I had my ID and have the Dunkin’ app as well as the DD perks, but never Received the email. I have been at this location with multiple of my friends on their birthday’s and have gotten their free drink without proof of email. The other staff were much more welcoming and accommodating. Super disappointed in her customer service, not a good experience.
