New Mexico Bank & Trust

The atm here never has money or works. Tonight is the 5th time its happened when I try to withdrawl. Seriously fix your atm. Its a bank, no reason it should be out of service multiple times a month.

Michael at this branch was extremely helpful and professional. I needed to wire money. Since I was after the cutoff time, the wire ended up going out the following morning. He told me he'd call me the next morning before he sent the wire to let me know. He did exactly that, and sent me a receipt to my email. Very professional and efficient! Thanks Michael!

This is one of the few locations open on Saturday. They are fine. I prefer the Jefferson Location, but I am very grateful they are open on Saturday.

Great service and general customer service although they seem under staffed. I do understand it can get busy although it is much easier putting someone on hold then to hear the phone ring over and over. By the time we get through (1 of the 3 numbers) our runner is usually already there.

Rude lady at the window didnt listen to anything I said and kept repeating herself 2nd time already I asked for change a certain way and she rolled her eyes I'm pretty sure it's a bank and that's what they do
