Worst Dairy Queen experience I have ever had!! I ordered the Turkey BLT combo, with onion rings, with gravy and a large Cotton candy blizzard. My total was $14.21. I know that there is a extra charge for what all I ordered and everything, but 1st my blizzard was given to the customer ahead of me and they gave it back (and you are supposed to make a new one (WELL THEY DIDN'T)) I could see the lady set it down and when I pulled up she grabbed it and handed it to me. Yes I said something but I was not going to sit there and hold up the line any longer. But when I got my food the onion rings were hard I couldn't hardly chew them, and they tasted old, I didn't get my gravy or any other sauce for that fact, I had one small piece of bacon on my sandwich. And to top it all off the only napkin I got was the one around my blizzard! I have gone to this Dairy Queen since I was a little girl, and I honestly will probably not be returning again!! ud83dude20ud83dude20

We would encourage the online menus (phone and computer) to be updated with current menu and prices.

Onion rings were burnt, the gravy that came with my chicken tasted like pepper water. The drinks were good.

The fries and chicken strips tasted like they had been cooked alot earlier and kept under a heat lamp. Terrible. Hot fudge sundae was good

I don't know what it is about THIS particular Dairy Queen but they have a SERIOUS problem. A couple of years ago, I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Chicken Strip Basket. I also ordered 2 extra gravies, one of which was bad. I quit going there. A couple of months ago I decided I would try it again. I ordered the Chicken Strip Basket with Biscuits. When I got to work, I realizes I got fries instead of biscuits. I called and was told that they were out of biscuits until they got their next truck. They did give me a certificate for a free chicken and biscuit basket which I did use. So yesterday I decided to try them again. Well, I won't be going back. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, lemonade to drink and a gravy for my fries. I got to work and realized that not only did I NOT get my drink, I also DID NOT get my gravy. Mistakes happen but when it's continual, it's unacceptable. Sorry Dairy Queen but I won't be back.
