Friday was our first experience with Fix it Forward, and we were very pleased with the service we were provided. The staff is professional, very knowledgeable and straight-forward as to not push something for repair that doesn't need fixing (like a lot of other places tend to do). They are also mindful of your time and do the best to get repairs and maintenance done in a timely manner. We love the new convenient southside location as well, since it is close to work! The cost of our services on Friday were very competitive (and even better) than what we have gotten in the past from other auto repair shops. We HIGHLY recommend this place and plan on taking all of our vehicles there for service from now on.

It was my first time going to fix it forward and everyone was super nice and helpful. Not only did they mention potential problems with my car, they brought me into the shop to see for myself. I highly recommend getting your car work done by them.

Diagnosed a stubborn rear suspension noise quickly. Recommend only the crucial repairs and suggested I wait to fix non urgent issues. Fair, honest and professional. Beautiful facility!

I had my suspension parts inspected to determine if they needed replacement. After the inspection, it was determined that there was no need to replace the suspension parts at this time. I was pleasently suprised when there was no charge for the inspection. The customer service area was large and clean as was the waiting area. I plan to get future service needs performed by Fix it Forward Auto Care.
