Never had a bad experience in USPS. Affordable prices, friendly staff. Lived in W Burlington for 4 years.
Nasty, rude, tyrannical employees.
Terrible customer service. Came in with a box of my own to ship and was told I could not ship with it bc it said priority on the box. So I went and turned the box inside out so it was plain cardboard on the outside and went back to ship it. Was told I still couldn’t ship it bc they would know it was a priority box by the way it looked. I would need to buy a box from them to ship it. Needless to say I will never be returning to this post office.
After Losing Nearly $4 Billion Last Year, The Postal Service is on Track to Lose $7 Billion This Year!! Question: Why are they wasting more money running commercials on TV?!?!?
