The new manager and new assistant manager are amazing. What a great team they have . There so helpful and there energy is so great. I can't help but feel great when I interact with them

My 6 year old wanted to get her ears pierced. She has been scared because she thought it would hurt. The Claire's manager talked to her and made her feel at ease. They pierced both at the same time. And my daughter said it didn't even hurt. She was very impressed, which makes me a very happy customer! Thanks Heather!

If I could put zero stars I would. Manager Felicia Martin is rude and unprofessional. Suspects all customers are stealing. Whispers rude comments under breathe towards customers and rolls her eyes. Very sad to see this business going downhill. To be clear this is the behavior of the manager of this store. Very sad.

They seem to always have some sort of sale going on. Their selection is always rotating.
