I am so disappointed with the wedding ring we purchased in this store. We purchased it in 2019 and it is already tarnished. I have had it buffed and plated and it still looks yellow. It is a white gold ring which I never wore, in the shower, cleaning etc and it looks horrible. It was never explained to me that this would happen to a white gold ring. I'm just sick and will never buy anything from them again.
Riddles is where I always go, due to the outstanding customer service I always get there. Everyone there is amazing..
Angie was very helpful when I brought my ring over from Kays after Kays argued with me about my ring being crooked telling me it was my finger! Angie went above and beyond to help me and get my ring fixed! Only going here from now on!!

After having a terrible experience at Jared in Cedar Rapids where my fiancé bought my engagement ring, I decided to try Riddles and see if they could resize my ring without chipping the diamonds on the setting. They had no problem doing it! Very honest and up front. Becky was the jeweler that took care of me and my sentimental piece. She did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend!
