Super disappointed in my experience. I waited for about 10 minutes for 2 drinks, a coffee and iced tea. I am in the coffee club and she wouldn't let me give her my rewards while ordering. Then she struggled to get the info in there at the window and wouldn't allow me to use my rewards for the iced tea. I've always had Panera allow this. She refused and I finally talked her into it. She was the manager, but only a supervisor in training, and left in charge is how I was explained. Didn't seem like a tough request, but here we are.
Mask required to enter. I'm done eating here. A waste of money for soup and salad anyways.
This Panera is clearly well-managed! The restaurant is incredibly clean (they are constantly cleaning during COVID which is fantastic), the food is consistent, and the employees are very kind.
Fast lane kiosks advertise skip the line yet the card readers don’t even work. Ended up waiting another ten minutes to eat. If the card readers aren’t working as stated by the table busser, then why are the machines even on?? Makes for an unenjoyable meal when a restaurant is managed poorly
I payed $12 for a stale bagel that was toasted but cold (and I thinkni damaged a tooth), as well as a tasteless sandwich and a chicken soup I could've gotten for $1 at Walmart. At least the soup was warm but I'm not coming back
