Walmart Bakery

Ordered a frozen cake for my 3 year old. I expected some fun decorations on it but was pretty disappointed. Next time will probably go to hyvee.

This the first review I ever left but felt it was necessary. I really used to enjoy getting my baked goodies from this particular location when Ms. Susan was the manager. She really ran a tight ship and things were well stocked so so nicely. Lately I have been noticing that things aren't as well stocked and don't look as nice and tidy. Finally one day I saw Ms. Susan to ask her what was going on. She said that they had her split now between bakery and deli with most of her time being at deli. The way I look at it when you got good help that do a good job one place you should do everything that you can to leave them there. Without Ms. Susan there at the bakery it show. She also a very warm nice woman.nnAs it now stands, as much as I hate to pay a higher price, I will be taking my bakery business to Hy-Vee. Because they are always stocked real good and they place looks all nice and tidy. I will also go to the Keokuk Wal Mart Center with my girlfriend sometime as she tells me they bakery is pretty good also. But, I ain't going to go to Keokuk all the time just for bakery. No way on this earth I spend money on gas that foolishly.nnI would strongly recommend that you put Ms. Susan back in as the manager of bakery. That girl have her head on her shoulders you can tell. I also pray to the Lord Jesus above that y'all's good to her and he bless her in her life.
