After our storage unit was looted for nearly everything inside, we weren't contacted even though ownership was aware and we had two phone numbers on file. After finding out for ourselves what happened, ownership was very unhelpful going forward with resolving the issue.
Worse storage unit ever. Got a called that my storage unit was looted of EVERYTHING. The culprits didn’t even break my locks. They looted everything and management didn’t care to help in solving the problem.
