very friendly and helpful staff
Very reliable and helpful.
Mu experience is usually good but i have been waiting on a package and i sat waiting for it anf the driver did not even try to drop it off to me he just put a sorry we missed you slip on my mailbox. I sat and looked directly at him then he just drove off. That is very poor customer service.
The USPS just overall rocks as an institution and the branch in Lamoni is a case in point. The staff here are caring and friendly, deliveries are prompt and well-handled, the workforce is fairly compensated and unionized. MVPs, the whole team.nnThe one-star review below is flat out petty and ridiculous and it's what prompted me to leave my third review on the Google. Keep on keepin' on, Lamoni Post Office.
