FedEx Ground

Driver could not find address and told me if I did not come meet him in a random parking lot I would not get my package.nAlso, dont show up to deliver packages and send you a notification that delivery was attempted. Driver never came to our house. When I spoke to customer service I told them our ring camera did not show anyone at our house their response was “our drivers are honest”

Had a package which tracking said was delivered but never arrived at our address. We were home all day and were often where we could see the front porch. When we attempted to contact Fed Ex with this problem the only way available was calling an 800 number. The phone number goes to an AI which frequently interrupted when we attempted to give it the information it requested and then hung up on us. After numerous calls and attempts to work around the AI it finally got the tracking number and told us that the package has been delivered, thank you and goodbye. Overall FedEx ground, while relatively cheap, provides mediocre delivery service (we have had more misdeliveries and damaged packages from them than from either USPS or UPS) and horrible customer service. I would strongly suggest using other delivery services!

If I could give this place -10 stars I would. What an awful facility. I ordered a package. It was supposed to arrive Saturday (10/24). I received a message stating it was delayed for Sunday (10/25). That should have been my first red flag. I received a notification from FedEx on 10/25, stating it was out for delivery and would be there between 10:30 AM - 3:40 PM. 4 PM rolls around and no package. I live in a secured apartment building so I went to the lobby to get my mail and wait. 4:45 PM I received a notification stating the package had been delivered. One small problem, it actually wasn't. I called FedEx customer support, they are essentially worthless. I've been going around and around on this issue, getting absolutely no where. Judging from other people's reviews I am not the only person who has issues. This place needs to be shutdown. It's awful.

I've had 4 instances in the past 3 months where FedEx Ground packages that come through this Grimes location aren't delivered promptly. The delivery guys continually fail to not see that my apartment location has a delivery locker to put packages in when I'm not home and nobody answers. Other carriers, like UPS, USPS, and even FedEx Express, knows how to use the delivery locker to leave packages. But the delivery guys at from the Grimes location don't do that. They've actually left VMs saying they don't know where to leave the package, and want to know if I can come pick up the package at an access point. Sometimes, they even post on the tracking that they left the item at my door, when they don't. And other times, they actually will leave it at my door, in an apartment complex, but not ring my buzzer or knock on the door. And it's not until I'm about to leave and open my door that I see the package there. If that package were to be stolen, they would be at fault. This morning, I didn't even know my package had been delivered until I checked my email. There was no pressing of my apartment buzzer or door knock. And as it's a Sunday, there is no access to the apartments. And I find they left the package in the foyer, which is not a secure location to be leaving packages. Anyone from the street could have come into the foyer, taken the package, and walked out. This is exactly the reason why my apartment has a delivery locker, to provide a secure location for carriers to leave packages so that they won't be at risk of being stolen. At the very least, if they can't leave it in a secure location, then take it back in the truck and come back the next day. This is why I'm wary of ordering anything that uses Fedex Ground, because the package will always be at risk of being stolen with the way these Grimes Fedex guys leave packages.
