Their is a young lady that works there that has absolutely no customer service skills. I put my stuff on the counter and she gave me a look like I was an inconvenience to her. She didn’t say hi or anything, just rang up my items. She told me the total and walked away. I was paying with my card but could have easily taken my items and left without paying. I saw that when she left, she walked back to the bathroom. I will go out of my way from here on to go to a different gas station.
I go to this Casey's frequently as I live nearby. The evening staff, 2 younger guys are phenomenal, very welcoming, knowledgable and I look forward to seeing them. The day staff is usually a different person each time I come in.. much less friendly, the girl today was not helpful in any way and totally different atmosphere. The management has always been great but I highly recommend meeting with your day staff and having them train with your regular evening employees who know what they're doing...
