Not very good service, the employees or food artists or whatever they are called do things different then every other subway like dont ask if you want heated toasted or cold cut they just make the choice for you, don't ask if you want chips or drink just assume that your just getting a sandwich, also they were talking about how they had just dropped utensils and didn't clean them because of the dinner rush so... lucky im give two stars

Walked into the perry location today around 12:30. I counted three signs clearly stating no more than 10 people in the store including staff. Counted 11 people ppl le in line not counting staff. The lack of concern shown by the staff is absolutely flooring considering the amount of covid cases in Dallas County. I will NEVER come back to this location.

Went there and got a BLT, Thomas made my food and was extremely nice, as were the rest of the employees, great experience!

Really disappointed and upset that they are not following CDC guidelines, letting more then the allowed people inside the building. No social distancing measures are being followed. Please start considering the health of others.

Usually don’t have problems with subway, my boyfriend and I always get the same thing. Today, we got a kids meal, and 2 sandwiched online. Kids meal was supposed to have bacon, did not have bacon and the lady said, “if you wanna buy a piece of bacon for $.30 you can” I said it was fine and to never mind it. My sandwich was fine. My boyfriends was not. He got a pizza sub, with no red sauce. We got it home and it was coated in red sauce. Needless to say this was a disappointing experience.
