One member of the staff is extremely rude, whom I won’t name, argues with me about using my Medicare care insurance vs. GoodRx and claims I have to use one or the other. NOT true. I called corporate office and they confirmed that for me. This person has blatantly overcharged me at least twice in last 3 months. And flat out lied to me on Christmas Eve, when I went in to fill a script.... after this month I will start transitioning my meds over to a mail service, but will still have to get 2 medications there, until I can transfer to another pharmacy. Unbelievable. Makes me wonder how many other disabled senior citizens they have done this to.

Disappointed. Always find something wrong with our prescriptions. Pharmacist seems intimidated by the techs ... who basically do/say whatever they feel like. Finally had enough and took our business back to Walgreens.

Most of the staff is newer that I hadn't seen before in years past! I do understand that New rules and laws have come to pass through the years in short it's improved to a point by getting. Mostly New staff, other than couple people,
