We called Rhiner's and were fortunate to have Ed came to our house and fix both of our issues sink issues. Ed was very patient as we had to deal with home warranty issues during the repair process.nHe followed up the next day to ensure we were not having any other leaks or issues. Would definitely call Rhiner's Again!

Ed was our service technician today. He did an excellent job and gave me valuable information about Delta faucets. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. He went out of his way to be sure we were happy.

Ed was knowledgeable, friendly and was more than willing to don a mask for my mother's safety. While he wasn't able to do the work at the time, he'll be back Friday, and I'm confident in his abilities. Rhiner/Ed was also the guy that suggested Smith's Sewage, and they were just as good as he promised. Thank you Ed!nn*Edit: Ed returned yesterday and the excellent service I expected was delivered! Ed did the work in very short time, explained everything clearly and helpfully, and helped keep costs to a minimum (my mother is disabled and money is tight, so this was especially important.) Again, thank you, Ed and thank you Rhiner's!

So not sure where our initial review landed, but my hubby and I wanted to say that Rhiner’s Plumbing not only provides fabulous service - they will actually let you know when their services are not needed.nnWe had a toilet that was leaking crazy, so we decided to “bite the bullet” and have a new one installed that would cost $600 and change. After the Rhiner’s tech arrived and did the initial inspection, he informed us that we simply needed a new bolt kit and water line which was ridiculously cheaper than the initial toilet we ordered. He would go ahead and do that if we were agreeable. What??????? There was a company out there that would put the consumer ahead of their profit line???????? Ummmm yes, please and thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nnNot only was “Ed” courteous and cheerful, he was willing to speak the truth and promote honesty in a service transaction.
